In order to improve your gestures and expressions you have to study them. It could be jot on paper and then worked on one negative gesture at a time till it evades from the personality. At the same time some positive gestures could be made a part of the personality. It's only your own critical analysis or the opinion of known few which might help you to overcome the shortcomings and groom well your personality.   

 

Guess what your gestures and expressions express:

 

 

1.                  Pinching the bridge of the rose with closed eyes.

 

Deep involvement in thoughts to make a decision.

Feeling of exertion after a tiring job.

 

2.                  Keeping hands in the pocket or at the back.

 

Feeling of guilt or suspicion.

Posture of argument or anger.
