Expressing Expectations

 

Expressions are an integral part of every relationship. You could do well to remember that if you expect something you have to express it. You cannot take others for granted. Your expectations might remain unfulfilled unless you make them explicit by ways of non verbal leakage too. Expectancy gestures include.

 

  • Rubbing the thumb and index finger together shows that your are expectations money.
  • Rubbing of the palms together is a sign of expectations e.g. getting a contract or a good meal.
  • Rubbing a wet palm against a fabric communicates nervousness.
  • Crossing of the fingers is a sign of expecting result.
  • The motion of rubbing hands conveys that you know and like what is coming.
