is a process of gathering information about a job. It tries to “reduce to words
the things that people do in human work”. As stated by Richard Henderson
(Compensation Management, Prentice Hall, 1994) the job analysis involves “the
identification and precisely identifying the required tasks, the knowledge and
the skills necessary for performing them and the conditions under which they
must be performed.”
