Often people recognize their negative habits but they
refuse to accept the responsibility change due to:

Lack of the desire to change

Lack of the discipline to change

These factors prevent us from rid of our negative habits.
We often excuse ourselves by imagining ourselves to be too busy or that our
changing will not make any difference. Behavior can be modified it attitude can
be changed. We can go in for an exercise by taking a few minutes to list our
negative habits and making another list of all the positive habits you want to
develop. Then you could work on those points to make a habit with enough
practice.
