Introduction
Today's companies are facing their toughest competition in
decades. Caveat vendor is the rule and today's customers are much more educated
and demanding. In a buyers market, Customers can choose from a large
array of goods and services, therefore sellers must deliver acceptable product
quality and adequate respect to them, or rapidly lose customers to competitors.
We all want to be treated with respect. Customers want to
feel important- that's a simple fact of business life. Exactly how important
they wish to feel will vary from person to person, and does not necessarily
relate to the amount of money being spent. Thus building customers, and not just building products,
is the need of the hour. |
