Do not sleepwalk through your life. Pay heed to your intuitive feelings. All positive decisions and actions stem from an inner silence while negative ones arise from the noise of hackneyed conditioned responses and reactions. Be aware if you have:

  • Seen some threat, problem or challenge but refused to respond to it.

  • Been doing things in a particular way only because you are taking them for granted.

  • Decided to shelve a good idea or a project because it may bring someone else into the limelight.

  • Criticized your subordinate only because you feel jealous of his/her popularity, intelligence, creativity or contacts.

  • Been demanding the presence of your subordinate even though you don't need him in your room, only because you want to feel important.

  • Keep asking yourself, “Why am I doing it the way I am doing it? Can't there be a better way? Constantly be consciously aware of what you are doing and what you are not doing?” Don't get discouraged by your cluttered thinking.

  • Seeing is the first step. You are ahead of others who have yet not decided to begin to see it. Awareness of your thoughts, attitudes and actions is essential to bring about a transformation.
