The
organizations in which benefits are meant only for the top few are less
successful as all others fail to feel like members and hence lose their
sense of belonging. They work with their eventual exit in mind and don't
feel like giving their best.
Let
some part of the salary of employees be used as their investment in the
company. They should be free to decide to increase their stake in the company.
A
major chunk of the profits apart from the regular pay packet should be shared
in proportion to the investments from the employees.
