Dedicate every week to one employee chosen in the alphabetical order.

 

  • This gives him a chance to highlight strengths, voice fears and concerns, give suggestions to increase his contribution and be candid about expectations from colleagues/organization.
     
  • Colleagues must also be involved in giving constructive suggestions, which help the chosen employee to enhance effectiveness.
     
  • These exchanges, however, should be avoided in an open forum.
     
  • They can be communicated during the week through circulated printed matter, notice boards and a low-volume public address system during lunch hour.
