Develop quality people

“…The average person who wins…is merely a person who has the ordinary qualities that are shared by others but who has developed those ordinary qualities to a more than ordinary degree.”

-Theodore Roosevelt

Personal growth programmes

Develop highly effective quality people through personal-transformation-programmes such as Reiki, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), Vipassana, Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, Silva Mind Control, Hypnotherapy, Self-esteem Enhancement, The Art of Living Course (Sudershan Kriya) and Sidh Samadhi Yoga to name a few.

Inspiring quotes

  • Share short inspiring quotes and clippings from articles and books on personal transformation and attitudinal change through notice boards, electronic boards in an organized and systematic manner.

  • Pick up only one subject at a time and devote a sufficiently long period to it so that the message gets permeated into the subliminal realms of the people's consciousness.
  • Brief biographies of great people who showed extraordinary courage, perseverance and commitment against all odds should also be displayed.

  • Care should be taken not to write more than four points on any day and each point should be written in not more than two lines.

  • Emphasis should be given on their key beliefs and characteristics that really made them successful and different from others.

  • The easiest way to kill an organization is to let its top executives preach lofty ideologies and thoughts to others and then act in ways contrary to these.

High self esteem

People's skills and knowledge can be put to maximum use only if they have high self-esteem.

When a person has high self-esteem, he knows people have high expectations from him. And he will do anything but fall short of these expectations. A person with high self-esteem usually has a low ego and vice versa. People with high self-esteem think big and positive and do quality work in accordance with their self-image.

Develop a core group

Make a core group of natural teachers within the organization. Let this group identify the gaps between what is learnt by the people as ideal in the training programs and what is being practiced by them and make effective strategies to see how best these gaps can be plugged.
