Ability to do the job: Master the skills you need to perform at your job. Handle your problems with self-control and overcome lack of discipline and concentration.

Control on your anxieties and fears: Often emotional reactions interfere with work performance. It can lead to fatigue irritability and poor judgment. Your aim should be to achieve your work goal.

Good interpersonal relations on the job: You should be able to relate to  your subordinates, superiors, make requests and say no too.

 The art of negotiating the system: Gain knowledge of the job skills that will enable you to work and achieve your goals.
