Orders booked on the site are passed on the dealer nearest to the customer.
The mall has tied up with Citibank to create a secure payment
mechanism by which the customer can key in his credit card details. Payment can
be made 100% or 10% in advance, which LG verifies, to its dealer, while sending
a confirmatory e-mail to the customer. The customer can also check the status of
his order through the site. Financing options are also available via an online
tie-up with GE Countrywide.
