  • Share short inspiring quotes and clippings from articles and books on personal transformation and attitudinal change through notice boards, electronic boards in an organized and systematic manner.
     
  • Pick up only one subject at a time and devote a sufficiently long period to it so that the message gets permeated into the subliminal realms of the people's consciousness.

Make a core group of natural teachers within the organization. Let this group identify the gaps between what is learnt by the people as ideal in the training programs and what is being practiced by them and make effective strategies to see how best these gaps can be plugged.
